Since taking the reins of the El Camino High softball team six years ago, Wildcats coach Ron Mizushima has learned a lot about what makes his team a success.
Mizushima said a diverse mix of talent is vital, but the work ethic and leadership of his Samoan players is an ingredient many teams do not possess.
