At the conclusion of her freshman season ranked first in field goal percentage (.485, 94-194)
In five categories ranked third on the team; free throw attempts with 66, in rebounds with a total of 150, in offensive rebounds with 50, in defensive rebounds with 100, and in blocked shots with 15
Placed fifth in free throws made with 39
Led the team in scoring with 14 points in the road game at Cal in the 2010 WNIT quarterfinals for her 10th season and career double digit outing, while the points were season and career highs
Tallied her ninth season and career double figure contest with 10 points in the home win over TCU on 3/6/10
Scored 11 points in the win over UNLV on 2/6/10 for her eighth season and career double digit outing of the year
Picked up her second double double of the season and career with 10 points and 11 rebounds in the home game vs. New Mexico on 1/27/10, the points were her seventh season and career double digit outing, the boards were team highs, tied for game highs, tied for season highs and were the most in league play
Recorded her sixth season and career double figure game with 11 points in the MWC game at Wyoming on 1/19/10
In the first league game of the season at UNLV on 1/6/10 scored 10 points for her fifth season and career double digit output
Scored in double figures for the fourth time with 12 points at CS Fullerton on 12/12/09

Wendy Anae has been appointed the director of basketball operations for the women’s basketball team.
Anae comes to BYU with coaching experience at the collegiate and high school level. From 2006 to 2009 she was the head coach of the women’s basketball team at BYU-Hawaii. During her stint with the Seasiders she was also an instructor in the Exercise and Sport Science department.
She has also been a player and a coach for the Samoa National Women’s Basketball Team in 2003 and 2007. At the high school level, she coached at Kahuku High School in Kahuku Hawai’i from 2003 to 2005 and at Timpview High School in Provo during the 2005-06 season.
In 2006 she co-founded Elevate My Game, a non-profit organization that helps advance young athletes in the Native American and Polynesian populations.
Anae graduated from California State Fullerton in 1990 with a degree in history where she lettered in basketball.
