Sophomore (2009):
 Saw action in 29 matches, starting six…Recorded 93 kills for the year…Tallied a season-high nine kills against No. 12 USC (Sept. 12) and six each against USC (Sept. 11), at Boise State (Sept. 17), Boise State (Oct. 5), and vs. Houston Baptist (Nov. 20) in the first round of the GWC Tournament.
Freshman (2008): Appeared in 15 games with nine starts … fifth on the team with 1.74 kills per set … had 66 kills on the year … also averaged .66 blocks per set with two block solos and 23 block assists on the year … had season-high 11 kills in Div. I Independent Championship match vs. NJIT (Nov. 22) … had 10 kills earlier in the Div. I Independent Championship vs. Providence.
Before Utah Valley …
Led team to perfect 26-0 record with Region and State Championships in senior year at Long Peak HS …First Team All-State … Offensive Player of the Year in the region … First Team All-Region … State Tournament MVP

Sophomore (2009): 
Named to the Great West Conference Second Team…Led the team with 1,198 assists, and she is now third all-time in assists with 1,477…Started all 32 matches…Tallied 50 assists or more four times, including a career-high 58 against Idaho State (Oct. 17)…Had two consecutive matches of 53 assists at NJIT and against Utah State…Recorded a career-high nine kills against BYU (Oct. 27)…Finished the season with nine double-doubles…Had a career-high 14 digs against Houston Baptist (Nov. 20) in the semifinals of the GWC tournament…Had six blocks assists at Idaho State (Oct. 17).
Freshman (2008): Appeared in 24 matches as a freshman setter … had 279 assists and was second on the team with 4.89 assists per set … had double-digit assists 11 times … had a season-high 31 assists vs. Central Florida (Sept. 5) … finished with 26 assists in wins over Chicago State (Oct. 7) and Texas-Pan American (Oct. 24) … had 23 assists in Div. I Independent Championship final win over Cal State Bakersfield.
Before Utah Valley …
First Team All-State selection in 2007 … averaged nearly 32 assists per game, good for second most in Skyline HS history … named MVP of the 2007 Las Vegas Invitational Tournament … Second Team All-State selection as a junior in 2006.
Personal …
Member of the Peer Leadership Team and Polynesian Dance Club at Skyline HS … the only girl in a family with five brothers … daughter of Hanks Sr. and Tammy Fa’alogo.

Sophomore (2009):
 Played in 28 matches, starting in 20…Ranked fourth on the team with 110 kills…Also had 53 blocks…Recorded a season-high nine kills against NJIT (Nov. 12) and eight digs against Texas-Pan American (Oct. 15).
Freshman (2008): Started 24 out of 26 matches during rookie season … fourth on the team with 1.93 kills per set … also had five block solos and 5 block assists for a .80 blocks per set average … had a season-high 14 kills vs. Santa Clara (Aug. 30) … reached double figures in kills five times … had 12 kills in a match two times, vs. Weber State (Sept. 23) and at BYU-Hawaii (Nov. 12).
Redshirt (2007): Redshirted her first season at UVU in 2007.
Before Utah Valley 
Attended Mountain Crest High School in Hyrum, Utah, where she was a three-sport standout (volleyball, basketball, track & field) and earned 12 letters in her time there … led team to 14-4 record during senior season including a Region 5 championship and a fifth place finish at state tournament … team also won Region 5 championship in 2004 and finished fifth in state in 2005 … averaged 21 kills per match during senior season and was named First Team All-State … earned All-State honors twice in career and All-Region honors four times … named the Logan Herald Journal’s Female Athlete of the Year in 2006 … holds state record for most service aces in a match (13) … won state high jump championship in 2006 and placed fifth in long jump … Region 5 MVP and First Team All-State in basketball.
Personal 
Born September 3, 1988, in Logan, Utah … daughter of David and Susanne Kuresa … graduated from Mountain Crest HS in 2007 and was on the honor roll … expects to major in Special Education at UVU … enjoys singing and hula dancing … is half-Samoan and knows sign language … father played football at Utah State, brother Jake played football at BYU and uncle Marty Haws played basketball at BYU … also recruited by Utah State, Southern Utah and Weber State.
