2010 (Senior): Named honorable mention All-American by SI.com...also named first-team all-WAC and to the ESPN CoSIDA Academic All-District VIII team…finished second nationally with eight interceptions...set new school record with 14 career picks...had two picks each against Louisiana Tech (Oct. 2) and at Boise State (Nov. 6)...had a stretch of three straight games with an interception (Louisiana Tech, Fresno State, Nevada)...also had picks against Idaho (Oct. 30) and UNLV (Dec. 4)...second on the team with 85 tackles...career-high 13 tackles in loss at Boise State...had nine tackles and one sack in Sheraton Hawai‘i Bowl against Tulsa (Dec. 24)...ranked 23rd nationally in passes defended per game (1.07)...named academic all-WAC.
 
2009 (Junior): Appeared in all 13 games, starting 10 games at free safety…tallied 74 tackles (47 solo, 27 assisted), including two tackles for losses, four pass break-ups and one quarterback hurry…led the team and the WAC and ranked 11th nationally with six interceptions…tied for sixth in the WAC with 10 passes defended…two interceptions at Washington State (Sept. 12)…career-high 10 tackles against Central Arkansas (Sept. 4)…named to the all-WAC academic team.
 
2008 (Sophomore): Played in 11 games, mostly on special teams...recorded 10 tackles, including eight solo...season-high three tackles in win over Louisiana Tech (Oct. 11)...also had a pass break-up versus Weber State (Sept. 6)...academic all-WAC...a UH scholar-athlete.
 
2007 (Freshman): Sat out due to NCAA transfer rules.
 
Prior To UH: Attended Oregon State University in Corvallis, Ore., in 2006...redshirted.
 
Prep: A 2006 graduate of Kamehameha Schools in Kea‘au, Hawai‘i...lettered three times in football and basketball...an all-state football player under head coach Ulima Afoa...also a three-time letterman in baseball, garnering all-state honors under head coach Andy Correa...also lettered twice in track...was a member of the football, basketball and baseball league championship teams.
