2010: Saw action in all 13 games in 2010 ... notched three tackles on the year ... had one vs. Nebraska ... two tackles and a fumble recovery at Oregon.
2009: Limited to action in seven of 12 games due to injury ... earned a start in the Huskies' victory over Idaho and came in off the bench in his other six appearances ... made three tackles, including one and a half for loss and half a sack, vs. Oregon ... also had one tackle each vs. LSU and Arizona.
2008: Played in each of the season's first six games, when he regularly appeared in the rotation at one defensive end spot ... notched a solo tackle vs. BYU.
2007: Did not see any game action as a true freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL & PERSONAL: American ethnic studies major ... attended Kamehameha School on the Big Island of Hawaii, as opposed to the better-known Kamehameha on Oahu ... both schools are part of the same system ... played on both the offensive and defensive lines for the Warriors ... named a first-team All-Big Island Interscholastic Federation offensive and defensive lineman as a senior in 2006 ... selected to play in the 2007 High School All-American Bowl Game Classic ... team made the state Division 2 tournament his senior year, falling to Waipahu in the quarterfinals, finishing 9-3 on the season ... also fell in the same round in 2005 ... second-team All-BIIF defensive lineman as a junior in 2005 ... ranked the No. 48 defensive end prospect in the nation and the No. 9 overall recruit in Hawaii by Rivals ... listed as the No. 53 defensive end prospect in the nation and No. 4 overall recruit in his state by Scout ... a PrepStar all-region selection ... named the No. 14 prospect on SuperPrep's Northwest 100 list ... coached by Ulima Afoa.
