IT WAS PROBABLY just a matter of time. He's the top prospect from American Samoa at this early stage and Washington State under Mike Leach is making American Samoa a recruiting focus. And so a Wazzu offer certainly seemed possible during the upcoming May Evaluation period. But as it turned out, it came even earlier than that.
