#28 Simi Kuli West Texas AM Football

GENERAL: Highly touted coming from the Juco ranks, Kuli has the potential to be a dominant lineman along the WT defensive front.
JUNIOR COLLEGE: Kuli was rated the top junior college prospect in the nation by several scouting bureaus. A 2007 first team Juco all-America and first team all-Mission Conference selection, he served as a team captain as a sophomore at El Camino. In 2006, he posted 50 tackles, including 15 behind the line of scrimmage and had five sacks. Kuli did not attend a college in the fall of 2005.
HIGH SCHOOL: As a senior at Hawthorne (Calif.) HS in 2005, Kuli had 47 tackles and 19 receptions for 235 yards and three touchdowns. He played just two years of high school football.
MAJOR: Kuli is a Sports & Exercise Sciences major at WTAMU.
