The Honolulu Star Advertiser is reporting that Raiders center Samson Satele has been arrested in Honolulu Hawaii on charges of disorderly conduct. Satele was picked up at the Westridge Shopping center in Aiea, Hawaii at 4 am Saturday morning.
Disorderly conduct is a petty misdeanor and Satele posted the $500 bail and was released. He is scheduled to appear in Court on April 18.
Satele is a native of Kailua Hawaii and has a home in Kapalei. He attended the University of Hawaii prior to being drafted by the Dolphins in 2007. He is currently an unrestricted free agent after being the Raiders starting center that past three seasons.
The 27 year old center has not visited any other teams since he became a free agent five days ago. The top two zone blocking centers on the market are now off the market making Satele arguably the top zbs center left.
This incident is very minor and it is possible he won't receive any repercussions from the league.
