The Seahawks announced Thursday that linebacker Lofa Tatupu underwent successful arthroscopic surgery on both knees.
Team physicians Ed Khalfayan and Mike McAdam performed the surgery at the Seattle Surgery Center.
The team also announced the signings of DT Jay Alford, S James Brindley and WR Chris Carter (no, not that Chris Carter) to future 2011 contracts.
