HONOLULU, Hawaii -- The 2011 Nike SPARQ combine tour kicked off on Saturday with over 360 athletes competing at St. Louis School for a potential berth in the second annual SPARQ rating national championship to be held this summer. Many of the state's top players came out, as well as players from Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Washington. Here is a look at the day's best from the Honolulu Nike combine.

Top rising senior performer

Brandon Brody-Heim, ATH, (Vancouver, Wash./Union) Brody-Heim made the long flight from Washington well worth his while, posting the combine's top SPARQ rating at 104.79 and then showing very well in post-testing one-on-one drills while playing linebacker. Measuring in at a solid 5-foot-10, 199, Brody-Heim has speed (4.63 40 yard dash) and quickness (4.15 shuttle) that should help him in coverage.
